Wichtig: Wir erhalten eine überwältigende Anzahl internationaler Anfragen und freuen uns riesig über das große Interesse an NiTO! Da wir noch auf die internationale Bauzulassung warten, können wir diese Anfragen aktuell kaum bearbeiten. Wir arbeiten bereits daran, mit Personal und Technologie optimal aufgestellt zu sein, sobald die internationale Zulassung vorliegt.
Aktuelle Situation
Das NiTO-Holzstein-System hat die DIBt-Zulassung für Deutschland. Die internationale Bauzulassung wird voraussichtlich Herbst/Ende 2026 vorliegen und ermöglicht dann international alle genehmigungspflichtigen Bauten.
Was ist jetzt international möglich?
Bis zur internationalen Zulassung sind außerhalb Deutschlands nur Projekte ohne Baustoffzulassung möglich (möglicherweise Trennwände, Innenwände, etc.). In einigen Ländern wird die deutsche DIBt-Zulassung bereits anerkannt – diese findest du im Download-Bereich. Bitte prüfe bei deiner zuständigen Baubehörde, ob dein Projekt bereits jetzt umsetzbar ist.

Important: We are receiving an overwhelming number of international inquiries and are thrilled about the great interest in NiTO! Since we are still waiting for international building certification, we can currently barely process these inquiries. We are already working to be optimally positioned with personnel and technology as soon as the international certification is available.
Current Situation
The NiTO wood block system has DIBt certification for Germany. The international building certification is expected to be available in fall/late 2026 and will then enable all permit-required construction projects internationally.
What is currently possible internationally?
Until the international certification is available, only projects outside Germany that do not require building material certification are possible (possibly partition walls, interior walls, etc.). In some countries, the German DIBt certification is already recognized – you can find this in the download area. Please check with your local building authority whether your project can already be implemented now.

Comme nous attendons toujours la certification de construction internationale, nous pouvons actuellement à peine traiter ces demandes. Nous travaillons déjà à être optimalement préparés avec le personnel et la technologie dès que la certification internationale sera disponible.
Situation actuelle
Le système de blocs de bois NiTO a la certification DIBt pour l’Allemagne. La certification de construction internationale devrait être disponible à l’automne/fin 2026 et permettra alors tous les projets de construction nécessitant un permis au niveau international.
Qu’est-ce qui est actuellement possible au niveau international ?
Jusqu’à ce que la certification internationale soit disponible, seuls les projets en dehors de l’Allemagne ne nécessitant pas de certification de matériaux de construction sont possibles (éventuellement cloisons, murs intérieurs, etc.). Dans certains pays, la certification DIBt allemande est déjà reconnue – vous la trouverez dans la zone de téléchargement. Veuillez vérifier auprès de votre autorité de construction locale si votre projet peut déjà être réalisé maintenant.

Como todavía estamos esperando la certificación de construcción internacional, actualmente apenas podemos procesar estas consultas. Ya estamos trabajando para estar óptimamente preparados con personal y tecnología tan pronto como la certificación internacional esté disponible.
Situación actual
El sistema de bloques de madera NiTO tiene la certificación DIBt para Alemania. La certificación de construcción internacional se espera que esté disponible en otoño/finales de 2026 y permitirá entonces todos los proyectos de construcción que requieran permiso a nivel internacional.
¿Qué es posible actualmente a nivel internacional?
Hasta que la certificación internacional esté disponible, solo son posibles proyectos fuera de Alemania que no requieran certificación de materiales de construcción (posiblemente tabiques, paredes interiores, etc.). En algunos países, la certificación DIBt alemana ya está reconocida – puede encontrarla en el área de descargas. Por favor, consulte con su autoridad de construcción local si su proyecto ya puede implementarse ahora.

Importante: Stiamo ricevendo un numero enorme di richieste internazionali e siamo entusiasti del grande interesse per NiTO! Poiché stiamo ancora aspettando la certificazione edile internazionale, attualmente possiamo a malapena elaborare queste richieste. Stiamo già lavorando per essere ottimamente preparati con personale e tecnologia non appena la certificazione internazionale sarà disponibile.
Situazione attuale Il sistema di blocchi in legno NiTO ha la certificazione DIBt per la Germania. La certificazione edile internazionale dovrebbe essere disponibile in autunno/fine 2026 e consentirà poi tutti i progetti di costruzione che richiedono permessi a livello internazionale.
Cosa è possibile attualmente a livello internazionale? Fino a quando la certificazione internazionale non sarà disponibile, al di fuori della Germania sono possibili solo progetti che non richiedono la certificazione dei materiali da costruzione (possibilmente tramezzi, pareti interne, ecc.). In alcuni paesi, la certificazione DIBt tedesca è già riconosciuta – la potete trovare nell’area download. Si prega di verificare con l’autorità edile locale se il vostro progetto può già essere realizzato ora.
